• By purchasing and using Credit Package Name, you agree to the following terms: 1.Class Pack Terms: Class Packs do not auto-renew. Credits expire 1 month past purchase date. Credits can be used to book classes for yourself or a guest, but all guests must complete a waiver prior to attending. 2. Reservation + Cancellation Policy: Late cancellations (within 10 hours of class start for Reformer + 4 hours within the start of Mat Pilates) will result in credit forfeiture. No-shows will forfeit the credit and incur a $15 no-show fee charged to your card on file. Late entry is not allowed. Grip socks are required for Reformer. Mats are needed for Mat Pilates, rentals are available if needed. 3. Refund & Transfer Policy: Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired or unused credits will not be refunded. Credits may not be transferred between client accounts, but may be used to book a guest under your name. 4.Studio Modifications: FlowCorps may update its schedule, class types, or instructors at any time. Expiration extensions due to closures may be granted at FlowCorps’ discretion. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and all FlowCorps studio policies.
